I am honored to share my story with you — a story that begins with the journey of my parents, who came to this country as Vietnamese refugees, seeking a better life. Their resilience and courage have shaped who I am today: a proud first-generation Vietnamese American, a former corporate chef turned small business owner, a nonprofit CEO, a mother to a neurodivergent child, and above all, a community advocate. My life’s work has been rooted in the belief that revolutionary love can transform lives, and I have seen firsthand how equitable access to programs and services can make all the difference.
