I first stepped into politics on the statewide stage, running for Governor of California because I believed in a dream—that everyday people deserve a government that listens, respects freedom, and works for them. That dream didn’t start in a campaign office; it started in conversations with regular Californians who wanted a future they could believe in. The experience showed me how hard real change can be, but it also reinforced why the dream of a better community is always worth fighting for.

Fresno is more than a place on the map to me—it’s home, and it’s a city full of unrealized dreams. I’ve walked our neighborhoods and spoken with families, workers, and small business owners who all share the same hope: that Fresno can be safer, stronger, and more prosperous for everyone. We should be able to dream of clean streets, thriving local businesses, opportunity for our kids, and a city government that actually listens. That dream shouldn’t be out of reach—it should be the standard.

That’s why I’m running for Fresno City Council District 5. This campaign is about reclaiming the dream of what Fresno can be when leadership puts people first. Together, we can dream bigger, demand better, and build a Fresno that works for all of us—not special interests or political insiders. The dream is real, and with your voice and your vote, it’s one we can finally turn into reality.
