Delco Women United was built on a simple but powerful idea: while each of us brings our own experience, leadership, and proven ability to serve, our impact grows exponentially when we work together. 

We are six women with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and perspectives, each deeply committed to our communities and to the future of Delaware County. Individually, we have demonstrated our ability to lead, to listen, and to deliver. Together, we are intentional about aligning our strengths to create something greater than any one of us could achieve alone. 

This collaboration is not about individual recognition. It is about collective impact. It is about building trust, strengthening connections across our communities, and ensuring that Delaware County benefits from thoughtful, coordinated leadership.
