My time in Eau Claire began as an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Getting involved early on, I became an advocate of University and City issues on the local, state and federal level. Having now made Eau Claire my home, I want to continue to help this city flourish while ensuring it never loses its unique character.

During my time as a student leader, I learned the importance of representing the voice of all individuals. As a community, we are only healthy if everyone, regardless of wealth, race, gender, or age is given the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life. Access to affordable housing is a right. A proper living wage should not be out of reach for anyone. Expansion of safe bike and pedestrian infrastructure must be seen throughout the entire city. Increased access to a proper broadband network is essential, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Much progress has been made, but there is still work to be done. With your support, I will be able to continue working on behalf of this community as a member of Eau Claire City Council.
