This proposed constitutional amendment would allow voters to initiate recall elections to remove elected officials from statewide, districtwide, and countywide office.  

This would include elected positions like Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of the Commonwealth, Attorney General, Treasurer, Auditor, State Senator, State Representative, District Attorney, Sheriff, Governor's Councilor, Register of Probate, Register of Deeds, Clerk of Courts, County Commissioner, and County Treasurer.  Currently, there is no provision in Massachusetts that allows for recall elections.

We are charged with collecting over 100,000 signatures across the Commonwealth. We are seeking contributions to help us reach that goal.
